Surely, one of the greatest things about living in Aberdeen, MD is the food scene. With cuisines from all over the world right at your doorstep, you really are spoiled for choice in this area. Fuji Sushi
Set in a modern, trendy establishment, Fuji Sushi is the place to go for great-tasting, diverse sushi and sashimi platters. Sushi rolls range from fairly basic and cheap to specialty, expensive rolls stuffed full of fresh fish and vegetables. If you don’t fancy sushi then this joint also serves a great selection of Japanese dishes such as hibachi and teriyaki, and there are even a few Thai dishes on the menu too.
Fuji Sushi is located in Bel Air, about 12 miles outside of Aberdeen, and they offer all of their sushi and sashimi for take-out too! As it’s raw fish, however, you don’t want to keep it out of the fridge for too long, but thankfully, with the powerful 3.6L V6 engine on the new Jeep Gladiator Sport S, you can be sure to get your sushi rolls back home while they’re still fresh.
Johnny’s Poki Bowl
Although Poki might not come to mind immediately when you think of sushi, the 2 dishes are very similar and this Hawaiian staple takes a lot of inspiration from Japanese sushi. This joint does serve incredible sushi rolls and sashimi plates and, of course, Poki bowls, but we highly recommend going for their signature sushi burritos: fresh fish and vegetables served in a tortilla roll. It’s the kind of dish you might only find at Johnny’s Poki Bowl if you’re shopping in Aberdeen!
Lemon N’ Ginger Asian Grille
If you’re looking for variety in your restaurant choice, you can’t go wrong with Lemon N’ Ginger. This fantastic spot serves food from Thailand, China, and Japan, and all of it tastes just as it should over in the Orient. All of the fish used for the sushi is seasonal, so every time you come here you can try new and delicious options.
