4. Cultural Center at the Opera House

Just five miles north of Aberdeen in Harve de Grace, the Cultural Center at the Opera House opened its doors back in 1870, making it a building of significant historical importance. Despite the name, opera is not the only music genre performed live at this venue; in fact, the Opera House is also well known for great jazz and blues music. 

5. The Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille

An atmospheric venue that is popular with both locals and visitors to the area, the Green Turtle Sports Bar and Grille is located right in the heart of Aberdeen. Situated on Beards Hill Road, this great venue showcases music by local bands and artists, making it a terrific spot to enjoy some up-and-coming talent.
